Gus
Designer, Educator, Street Artist and Musician, Gus is a veteran of the Design space (Visual, UX & Service Design). With 20 years of experience and a focus on intuitive Product Design, he's served as both Designer and Design Leader. During his career, he's had the opportunity to travel around the world helping companies design products that focus on user needs. He believes form and function are an equation to be balanced and that designers are problem-solvers. He's a practitioner of Alan Coopers 'good ancestor' model and serves as a mentor for many designers on the Higher Ed team. Gus is based out of Denver Colorado and shares a home with his partner, Michelle, and their 2 Australian Cattle Dogs. In his off time, he enjoys music, art, motorcycles, cycling (road and mountain), traveling, reading, hiking, skate/snowboarding, dogs, life. On the weekends he'll most likely be hiking in the woods with his partner in crime, doing a 50 mile bike ride or canyon carving on one of his motorcycles..
