Checked color contrast ratio (i.e., has a color-contrast ratio of 4.5:1)?
Do all the slides avoid using text boxes or graphics text within them?
Do all the slides have a unique title?
Has the author name, title and subject been set in File > Properties?
Is the proper proofing language set for the language(s) present on the slide?
Is the list style being used, not manually typed characters (dashes, numbers, or graphics)?
Reading Order
Does the order of objects on the slide (lowest to highest), match the intended reading order
Images
Do all images, grouped images, and non-text elements that convey information (including tables and math objects) have meaningful alternative text descriptions?
Are multiple associated images on the same page (e.g., boxes in an organizational chart) grouped as one object?
