Embedded Objects
It's not uncommon for people to add content from other file types into their PowerPoint slides. This may cause problems for users with disabilities.
When files are "embedded" in a slide, by copying the file into the slide, users may not be able to activate the file with the keyboard, or to read its content correctly with assistive technology. If files are embedded in your slides, make the file available separately, and provide information on how to obtain it.
While it is possible to copy data or information from another file, this shouldn't be done without using the appropriate PowerPoint objects. For instance, do not just copy Excel content into your slide without making sure that a table object is in place.
